Atrix Advisory LLC (“Atrix” or “we”) provides this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that we receive through our website and any services we provide to you (“Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services.

Collection and Use of Information

Information Collected or Received from You

Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve the Services, to administer your use of the Services, and to provide you with information that you request from us via your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, applications for job listings and becoming a client of Atrix.

Personally Identifiable Information. Personally Identifiable Information is information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, postal address and phone number (“PII”). In general, it is not necessary to provide us with PII in order to use the Services. There are certain services we offer, however, that require application information or contact information (together “Registration”), e.g., to apply for one of Atrix job posting or request information to become a client of Atrix. If you create a Registration through the Services, we’ll collect your name and email address, and other information you may voluntarily supply such as your title, company, phone number and postal address, resume, bar membership(s) and how you heard about Atrix. If you contact us, we will keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and may use your email address, and any information that you provide to us in your message, to respond to you.

We use the following tools for automatic data collection:

  • Cookies, which are text files that websites store on a visitor‘s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser for the purpose of helping you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, enabling functionality, helping us understand user activity and patterns, and facilitating online advertising. For more information about our cookie usage, please visit our cookie policy.

  • Local storage technologies, like HTML5, that provide cookie-equivalent functionality but can store larger amounts of data, including on your device outside of your browser in connection with specific applications.

  • Web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, which are used to demonstrate that a webpage or email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked.

Information that We Share with Third Parties

We will not share any PII that we have collected from or regarding you except as described below:

  • Service Providers. We may engage companies and individuals to provide services on our behalf or help us operate our Services or our business (such as hosting, information technology, customer support, marketing, email delivery, and website analytics services).

  • Affiliates. We may share your personal information with our corporate parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

  • Authentication Services. You may be given the option to access or register for the Services through the use of your user name and password provided by Google or other companies offering authentication services (each, an “Authentication Service”). By doing so, you may authorize us to access and store information from the Authentication Service — including, without limitation, your name, email address(es), and URL — and to use and disclose it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. To control what information is shared with us, please check your privacy settings on each Authentication Service and make changes as appropriate.

  • Information Disclosed in Connection with Business Transactions. Information that we collect from our users, including PII, is considered to be a business asset. Thus, if we are acquired by a third party as a result of a transaction such as a merger, acquisition or asset sale or if our assets are acquired by a third party in the event we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, some or all of our assets, including your PII, may be disclosed or transferred to a third party acquirer in connection with the transaction.

  • Authorities and Others. Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate in order to (i) respond to claims, legal process (including subpoenas); (ii) to protect our property, rights and safety and the property, rights and safety of a third party or the public in general; and (iii) to stop any activity that we consider illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.
